A new story about resources
It is crucial to QUIRC’s overall purpose and current mission that we facilitate a more expansive story about resources, money in particular. QUIRC’s mission is to connect QBIPOC communities worldwide which is the primary effort toward achieving QUIRC’s purpose which is to support QBIPOC to grow and share their gifts with the world.
Healing
Therefore, we must create spaces for healing (i.e. psychological safety around money and money trauma) that are designed by us and for us. The healing journey includes education and practice. QUIRC connects us to these spaces of healing, growth and transformation.
Circulate
When we feel safe enough to circulate our resources by making donations or investing, we get to practice circulating our resources. This is part of our journey to create (w)holistic wealth and wellness within our QBIPOC communities
